About Me: I'm not short...I'm fun-sized! (Male) My name is Dashiell Sears, but let's keep this short and sweet and stick with just Dash. I'm a junior at Temple University studying Political Science and competing for the Temple University Men's Gymnastics Team as a Still Rings specialist. Hey, I may be all for gay rights and such, but that doesn't mean I don't care about other issues, like most important to me other than LGBT right would be special needs and the Special Olympics for my little bro and recognizing the depths and extremes of poverty and inequality in the US for not just the LGBT community but for all minority groups in general. I'm both a political theorist AND activist with stints supporting Occupy Philadelphia and talking to LGBT youth about coming out and growing up gay moving from a small town in PA to a big city. If you're not an actor you'll never be a factor. It's time we show that the LGBT community is made up of people that deserve rights and freedoms [not corporations). Have a very gay day! :)
This was the first meet of the season, it was really early this year. Most of these routines will be enhanced for the better, oh yeah and this was my first time putting my Rings routine together so I didn't anticipate how tired I would be at the giant. I did my double back on floor for the first time though and it freaked me out, but i was ok....
